At ADELINA (operated by ADELINA DA CONCEIÇÃO OLIVEIRA DE SOUSA), we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Due to the nature of fresh bakery products and custom orders, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Refund Policy

Since our products are perishable and many orders are custom-made (e.g., custom cakes), we generally do not offer refunds for products that have been picked up or delivered. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a significant error on our part or a product quality issue.

2. Custom Cake Orders

If you need to cancel a custom cake order:

  • Before Production: If you cancel with sufficient notice before we have started preparing your order, we may refund your deposit minus an administrative fee, at our discretion.
  • After Production Begins: Once we have started preparing your custom order, the deposit is typically non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule if possible.

3. Quality Issues

If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed quality or specification, please contact us immediately with details and, if possible, a photo. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
